Massage Policies

Cancellation/No-show/Tardiness Policy:

Unless there is an emergency or sudden illness, I require a 24 hour advance notice for cancellation of appointment. Failure to do so will result in full charge of the session. Cancellation or any changes of appointment must be done by phone or email. Any clients who fail to show up for scheduled appointments will no longer be eligible to book future appointments.Out of respect for the therapist and othe clients who may be following you, please arrive on time. If you do arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to ensure that any following appointment starts on time. Regardless of the length of treatment, clients will be responsible for paying in full of scheduled appointment time.


Health Conditions:

It is the clients responsibility to inform the therapist of any new or existing health conditions. A written consent from a doctor may be required for certain health conditions. Any questions regarding the appropriateness of massage for any condition may be asked via phone or email.


Professional Boundaries:

Under no circumstance will any sexual interactions or discussions of any kind be tolerated during a session. Any comments and/or behaviors deemed inappropriate will result in the immediate termination of a session and clients will be charged in full. Therapist retains the right to refuse service.

Clients modesty will always be respected. Only the area being massaged will be undraped during a session. Professional distance will always be maintained.
